    The video plugin does not play a simple video from the web, but it does from the editor. I configured mime types and implemented other solutions but the problem remains, I do not know how to solve it. Please help. Thank you.

    Use the video plugin to play a video to start the scene.

    Steps to Reproduce Bug

    • Export Project to HTML5 website.
    • Upload the compilation to a web server.
    • Play the game through the corresponding url.

    Observed Result

    Does not play video.

    Expected Result

    The video should be played.

  • Ashley, thank you for your assistance, I made the modification on facebook plugin string changing the type to UserID and now if returning the correct ID.

    Stay tuned for that in a future Release solve the problem with FirstName and LastName data.

    • Run in preview mode from internet explorer 9 or 10.
    • Press the green button to go listen audios (A click on each audio).
    • When audio reaches 63 onwards is silence. Some times it happens much before 63 audio.

    Observed Result

    ____ Plays all audio in the order given, when it reaches 63 audio is not heard. Audios from 63 onwards do not hear anything. Some times it happens much before 63 audio. ____

    Expected Result

    ____ Play all audios, in total there are 100. ____

  • We've done more testing and error if presented in preview mode . If you get a chance please run the attachment capx. We have not solved the problem.

  • If all is correct with MIME types. Apparently the error if the IE9 and IE10 browsers.

  • Hi Ashley in preview mode no problem. Happens when you get on the server itself. I tried on different servers and the problem persists. I agree that the problem is of IE9 and IE10 browsers. I see that the solution will be to divide the project into several subprojects that use less than 63 audios each.
