    i follow this tutorial

    and it help me a lot to import my Hero scml and make it move with animations.

    In a few words this tutorial create a simple sprite , every tick the Hero.scml follow the sprite.

    So, after that i import a new character scml and call it enemy.If i follow the same tutorial i can make 1 enemy move around with animations.

    What about if i want to make 2 or more enemies?

  • So, how can i update a game without upload a new apk to playstore.

    I see many games they have a week or daily bonus mission,that is appear without updating their game.

    What is the idea of making this?

    Thank you Netone , i agree that i need to make the backgrounds parallax.

    As for the 1 , at higher levels ,enemies have more speed and attack quickly.

    For the hero you need to upgrade him for increasing his speed .

    After several attempts with many machines i finally finish my first game and publish it to play store.

    Its not a professional work but im happy with my self finally i reached my goal.

  • Just finished my 1st game with admob video ads ready for playstore.

    So, my app only request from users the internet( one interesting thing there , in some mobiles use internet permission and in some other newest mobiles dont).

    Anw, when i set up my ad unit in admob , at settings there is an option "Use location data for ads" set by default to on.

    Select whether this app should utilize location data to target ads. Location data is available for users who have granted your app permission to access their location.

    On: User location data will be passed to the SDK and used to serve location-based ads to the user.

    Off: User location data won’t be passed to the SDK or used to serve location-based ads to the user, even if location data is available.

    So the real question here is , how i can request user location permission?

  • I tried with 2.1 cocoon and the issue gone.I dont know what are the differences between 2.1.0 and latest but everything works fine with 2.1.0.

  • Problem Description

    ____ Its android game. Im not sure if this a problem from scirra or cocoon.io. So, when i export my game to apk and install to my phone some sounds like screams for enemies die, backround sound, doors open etc are working norrmal but some other sounds like when the player knife, walking or jump stop playing. The weird here is that hapen while im playing the game, when my player walk the footsteps sounds playing normal and suddenly stop. All the sounds are in sound folder and to ogg. ____

  • I play around with settings and when changed the fullscreen scaling to high quality , CPU drops from 60% to 20%.

    After that i put a text on my game to show the fps in my mobile while playing (every tick set text to fps) and publish with cocoon.io to apk.

    I get 59 fps on my mobile.

    So 20% CPU and 59 fps its good?

  • For a game is going to run to a mobile published with cocoon.io what are the best metrics to get in the debugger on my pc?

    Fps = 60 16.7 ms/frame

    Cpu utilisation = 60%

    image memory = 12.8 mb

    collisions checks = 10000 (200 ticks)

    poly checks = 6000 (100 ticks)

    This numbers i get so far but my game not finished yet.

    So, what are the max limits for this numbers so after i publish for mobile the game runs ok?

  • Why when i run my platformer game using Lan on my mobile it runs very good but when i publish with cocoon and install the apk i have some lagg issues. It not scrolling smooth. When i debug to my pc i get 60 - 67 fps. Any ideas?

  • Im talking about permissions.

    If i export an app with cocoon there is a permission i have to delete in config.xml file so after i publish to play store do not forced me to include in my app a privacy policy.
