  You need the AJAX object.

  Then you setup an event like so:

  On button click --> AJAX Request filename

  To display it, add a text object and an additional event:

  AJAX On "filename" completed --> Set text to AJAX.LastData

  Hello from Greece!

  Currently testing the waters with Construct 2. I've sunk my teeth into every tutorial i could find, yet i'm still confused about some aspects. Oh well, i guess that's the reason the forums exist!
