  You do not need a new "Exporter" to use the HTML5 files generated by C2 in iBooks Author, look at this post iBooks Author HTML5 Widgets. I do it and works fine.

  Hi Rex,

  Please i want to know if with this plugin I can run an animation sequence in a filmstrip, because when I tried to do this with the sprite object in C2 it pick my filmstrip and slice it in many png files, and I want a single png file.

  Hi,

  I'm having a trouble with XML use.

  The question is, when I copy a XML file in a XML load: action I need to put "" in categories names, like in the following image:

  <img src="http://dl.dropbox.com/u/18104402/XML_002.jpg" border="0" />

  And this works fine!

  But when I load the XML file with AJAX I cannot put the "" in categories names, and so I cannot use categories like a comparison.

  Any help is welcome.

  Tried in Safari on an iPad 2 (IOS 5.1) and it works well in the first time I used all the effects, but when I reset, do not applied the effects again.

  Thanks for this behavior, it is very usefull to me too, but I am having some issues here, let me explain. I am using a sprite with 2048x1431 and when I try your behavior in my PC, with win7 64bits, it only works in Opera, nor in Chrome and Firefox. When I try it in Safari, in my iPad 2, it works ok. This is normal or there are some thinks to let it work in Chrome and firefox too.

  Yeah, Lost is alright you will not have any trouble in this migration, the only thing you need to carefull is to correct define how much of HD space you will give to bootcamp partition. Because to change this later give you some extra work.

  Hi again,

  Well, I did more research and I found three new articles, one of the authors better explain the way to use picupapp to retrieve photos from iPad, the other shows a way to resize and upload a photo and the last showed how to, locally, store photos with HTML5 LocalStorage API.

  But with my limited programming skills I can not understand how to mix they, in a way I could do what I want:

  • choose photos, from an iPad or from a PC.

  • resize the images, to limit on iPad size 1024x768.

  • upload the photos to imgurl (for backup).

  • retrieve the photos in LocalStorage, to do not need to stay connected, to Internet, to use it.

  If someone could help, I will apreciate.

  Hello,

  I am trying to have a dynamic acess to images stored in a iPad, for put in some HTML_Imgs objects in C2.

  I found this app Picupapp which helps webapps to upload images stored in iPads, AND generates too an LOCAL REFERENCES to the images. BUT my javascript knowledge is not so good, so I like to know if somebody can help to find how.
