  Ah, the x,y,z rotation is only for 3DObject. I just meant rotated 3DObjects could interact with normal C3 rotating sprites.

  To do something similar with 3DObject you would need to create a 3D plane (e.g. in Blender) with the appropriate texture and then you could rotate that on x,y,z.

  There is an auto-reload on preview feature now. It only works for folder-based projects.

  "Add 'Auto reload all on preview' option for script folder in folder-based projects"

  Useful for an external editor (or, in our case, generating/building scripts externally from typescript to javascript).

  (Right click on 'Scripts' in Objects pane to set auto reload.)

  Also, with the latest version, you should export to glb file format and include the textures in the glb file.

  Only diffuse textures and solid color textures are supported. If you use other shader effects in blender you will need to bake them down to a diffuse texture, which is a more advanced blender operation.

  Before you try the glb model in C3, test it on the following website, if it does not work here, it will not work in C3.

  I will also throw in an interesting side note: sometimes images in a spritesheet are rotated, which can have an adverse impact on some effects (e.g. directional distortions like skend.)

  Ashley has said that for webgpu effects a new 'uniform' will be included which will indicate if the image is rotated or not.

  Layer light effect included with the plug-in. It's a limited lighting effect since it calculates normals from the depth buffer.

  robit_studios I see; yes, these need to be scaled (and even perhaps offset). Thanks for the sample project; it's a nice help. I will correct that; in the meantime, I imagine you can scale it yourself, using an instance variable as a workaround.

  Yes, those examples use an older version of Spine export data (3.8), the new spine addon requires Spine 4.1.x export data. So, the old examples will no longer work.
