  i'm not saying p2p is always ideal, but it's certainly viable. most xbox 360 games use peer 2 peer for online play. i'd also be fine with a server/client model if players could easily host their own servers (like in many PC games). i just don't see a reason to require a dedicated server for services other than game server discovery/browsing.

  If you were to make a plugin that the user could point anywhere, there is a possibility that it could be misused, even abused, and for an open source project, that is a big no no.

  The question is, how to find a host, and how to make the plugin so it cant blow up the server.

  I can host but need to know if we need windows/linux server before doing anything.

  "how much kbps"

  "what does the server exactly has to do , to guess how much cpu/ram you would need?"

  "but you still need to know if its unix or windows"

  So lemme know and I tell what he says.

  Same what my host said but I was gonna transfer all my systems to same server so decicated would help me in many ways. Dont need different host for web site,shells,etc but VPS could do it also nicely.

  If there will be some online plugin I could try get open server for use.

  edit: asked my webhost about server hosting and got dedicated is about 50 per month with linux and and 65-70 with windows 2008. So if anyone makes plugin I could get hosting for servers.

  Well too lazy to read all the posts but found bug. If you press jump after dying you will hear jump sound and you can spam it.

  I have 2 lines of guys on each side. The other ones spawn right but the other ranged guys are missing for some reason. Cant figure why
