  • Tutorial very-very need. I'm tired asking for this.

    It's from blog. I think that "soon" was two week ago. My project doesn't build in SDK; to the deadline less than 2 weeks. I'm panic for a reason.

    And yes, I'm know that Scirra is a two or three man's company... but you support Tizen platform and haven't any manual about this. BUT, export to amazon tutorial appeared before export was ready. BUT amazon don't announce competition with 50 000$ but Tizen does! Why?

    It's hard to explain what I actually do in the code and more harder translate it.

    As you can see it have two methods abot how make multipli using addition only (P.S. and one time subtraction)

  • This is a very strange! I try build another project and it show me same error message in runtime ! I do step-by-step as manual said but errors are still here.

    Who know what kind of problem I have? Maybe smth wrong with my Java version ? Or I have to try build project on another PC ?

    Please, Help me!

  • Export package work correctly on simulator, but if I want to build game for store or check on emulator - I have to build that .wgt file. But it have lot of errors in runtime.

    Anyone has errors in runtime ??? I'm in panic !

    How to solve errors in the f runtime ??

    just look at this screen. runtime has lot of bugs. What can I do whit all of this??

    I make all steps and going to build project, but this bugs on my way.

    For example I want to write my own loops like for or while or etc... and I want have normal arrays, just arrays (array[10][10]...), and classes... Nice idea! You haven't to write your own plugin, just write few (or few hundret) strings in console and go-go-go.

  • Again few stupid optimization questions from me:

    (First of all, I was scared when I saw how much CPU % use my game on Android: +-90% even when nothing happens, realy, nothing, I'm not joking(just for note - on IPad2 only 40-60%, and on both cases fps is 60%)

    So, Ashley, have I any chance to get access to "Sampling" from events??? To example, if someone have "slow" device - I want to turn Sampling to "point" and to "linear" when player on PC...

    That would be awesome. Or I misunderstand it and Sampling dont affect on optimization?

    And other questions: if I make variable, which simulate tick, and some events (like tons of sin/cos/tan/ctan...) will be included as sub-events and I change variable from 0.016 to 0.032 if player on "slow" device. Is it give *2 up result?

    And another one: If I have a layer whith immovable and movable objects - C2 redraw every object on that layer? So, if I put movable objects on their own layer - it solve the problem?

    (Sorry for bad sequence of tences)

    Now I remake some events and it check on colizion only ~3/second and poly check only ~1-2/second. Yeah!

    (But high CPU % on mobile make me sad.)

  • Hey, I have few questions: is it normal that my game on PC show CPU from 2 - 7 %, and same result on notebook. Fps 50-60 on PC and only 35 on notebook?

    I just want to know it.

    And what mean the "Poly check/sec" ?

    And I was realy wander when I saw that my game check for colizion 7000 times (20 objects with 8 colizion points in every object).

    EDIT - and 60-90 % CPU on Ipad

  • just for note - few minutes ago I exported my project as Tizen, put the exported files at the emulator and it's show me black sreen only
