  about the game:

  The effects are cool too.

  I don't know what's the problem in the fullscreen, but I saw the bug with the weapon. The player's legs are funny, I'm sure that's another bug, but It can't be fixed easily.

  Just shoot the ghosts.

  If they overlap your "sight", they will chase you.

  Controls:

  WASD to move;

  move the mouse to aim;

  LMB to fire

  I fixed the bug with the armor(it's -1 on the screenshot), but I didn't make a new screenshot.

  The box between the Ammo and the Weapon Type shows you your "Reload".

  You need 10,000(100%) of it to use the last weapon - take a look at the group "Stats and Shooting" for more information.

  Hold Space to "drive" forward and Escape, if you want to destroy the Wheel. It's pretty hard to hit the Target with the Wheel, because I added some obstacles.
