  • make game with 100 events seem not enough, but if you start making game with construct, i bet you will say :" mummy, give me some money, i want to get a full version of construct 2" ... :)) i think the point of contest is show the power of construct even it was free edition, and the creative of developer, i joined a contest ,just want to show to other people what construct can do ^^, Great tool, i love construct so much ! :X

  • hi guys ^^, this game is demo version made for HBgames contest with construct2 free edition... i made it about 8 days, just show ya the power of construct 2.

    this game is too large to upload on Scirra Arcade, i can't do anythings with it.

    Control :

    Use A and D to move

    Hold "S" to aim with mouse, "Space" to shoot.

    Hold "W" to use stasis (power)

    Hold left mouse clicked on object to move them and release mouse click to drop it.

    If you see enemy, just aim to the claw to cut off his limb, or aim to the leg to cut them off.

    I'm planning to make more level with full version of consrtuct, too in love with deadspace ^^.

  • 1. When player kick and punch sprite 13 will spawn at image 1 of kick animation, when Sprite 13 spawn and colusion with enemy, they will die. and at the beginning of lvl, i make every 0.1 second sprite 13 destroy to make sure that the sprite13 don't effect the other enemy when player don't kick, 0,1 second enought to kill one enemy when kick and the other come closer don't die if not kick... Oh my god :))

    2. Pin behavior is very useful, you should learn it here first .http://www.scirra.com/tutorials/243/building-a-platform-game-a-beginners-guide/page-1

    When you already learned this tutorial you'll know what "pin" is.

    3. I make this game for 2 day... first day for graphic and animation and second for coding.

    4.ofcourse, and when enemy hit the sprite 13 ( mean kick), they will fall and slip on the ground at random distance.

  • yeb, hi all ! i'm tran anh thi and come from vietnam, this is my fisrt demo game with 5 level.

    Remember, the game really challenge,play it carefully and more clever to take Daddy and his son come home safety. I have finished 5 lvl without dying and fly like a crazy guy to home . Awesome.

  • im new too, i think you should learn from the example of construct 2, open your construct and go to the example folder. you can see the parallax platformer , learn from that first.
