    Hello everyone, I'm Cris and I can help you on your game through anything visual. I love designing sprites and doing illustrations. I also do animations and graphic design so I try to combine all of the above on my work.

    I do my designing through vector art in Illustrator, I have a pixel art example below but this was also done through Illustrator and exported to pixel art.   • FYI mesh deformations require a plug made to work with webgl.

    A combination of the q3d, and spriter plugs is what it would take.

  • What is fundamental in a title screen?

    I had an idea for a title screen I had to design and I started researching title screens and started writing down what I liked about each that I saw. Overall I liked the ones that made all the attention go to the title of the game. Could be pretty obvious but then I realized my original idea was sort of flawed. Because I wanted to add more to it and it would've taken attention away from the name of the game.

    What do you guys think is important to trasmit at this stage?

    Share some title screens as well from any game at any point.

    I loved that one by FlyingOakGames, I think the Animation is also really important!

    And this metroid one has chilling music which sets a really great vibe.

  • Hey, what's the deal with Plants Attack? It's profiting with content from Plants vs Zombies.

    I've also seen a few pixel art packs that look ripped from other games.

  • I think for most of the stuff in store you can change it to your needs. In my sprites I include the Illustrator source so is easy to change colours, resize, etc. It should definitely work the same for source codes, music, etc. After all you're buying non exclusive sprites so your game should feel different than the other buyers and everything should suit the game.

    If that's a problem to the seller, then he shouldn't be selling sprites o.o

    If you want to make games, then do so. This social engineering crap only makes you look like you are trying to con someone.

    Although you're right, you're being harsh.

    Naji You should change Job Offers for Collaboration or something along those lines. Just be honest in what you're looking for and you'll find it easier to get help. Good luck with the project!

  • So people like ships... can I get some examples from those who are interested in ships and stuff to see what kind of stuff you're looking for? I was thinking of building parts to make your own ships. I was planning on doing a flat design.
