  Part of the problem is that you have duplicated all of the events. Now someone has to go through each to compare what might be different. This is the wrong way to do it. You don't want to do everything 3 times. Just do it once, with the differences isolated to each level.

  C2 has a "Preload sounds" property for the project itself, so you shouldn't even need to do this manually anymore. Just turn that on and the problem should go away.

  Start with an initial delay, that offsets the firing, then switch to the firing period.

  Looking for clarification:

  It's been mentioned in several places that WKWebView works on iOS9+, but Apple (https://developer.apple.com/reference/webkit/wkwebview) and several Scirra posts (https://www.scirra.com/blog/150/html5-game-performance-on-ios-8), https://www.scirra.com/blog/174/boosting-ios-performance-with-wkwebview), report that WKWebView was added in iOS8. It would be nice to have this cleared up, as the implication is that exporting in Cordova, with the WKWebView option on, only works for iOS9+, even though the minimum iOS setting still defaults to 8.0+.

  Since I don't have an iOS8 device to test against, it would be nice to know if the new setting will break iOS8 or not.

  Put your key events in a Group, and have the group disabled until you are ready, then enable the group.

  You could use Audio.All preloads complete to know when the audio has finished loading, rather than using Wait and guessing that it only takes 0.1 seconds.
