  The custom importer SDK has been around for some time (see AddDragDropFileHandler) which addons like Spriter use to import their own custom data format.

  As with the rest of Construct, subfolders are intended for organisation only, and not actually imposing changes on the project.

  Exposing a full blown editor SDK would be a colossal amount of work - which as with any big suggestion basically means cutting dozens of other feature requests to divert development time towards it - and there's no guarantee anybody would actually use it enough to justify all the work once it was done. It's a nice idea and did originally figure in our plans, but I'm not convinced it's actually feasible or worthwhile.

  If you read the Apple documentation that was linked to in the tutorial, it has a section on "Notarize your preexisting software", which does not require starting with an Xcode project.

  See the tutorial I linked to previously. It describes how to test without notarizing.

  Wouldn't that mean that Multiplayer games could break when minimized or is that working independently, regardless of that callback?

  Currently we use a hack to keep multiplayer hosts alive while minimized, but I expect browsers will break that sooner or later as they more strictly impose freezing on background pages, since it's critical to save battery life.

  As far as I'm aware, any MacOS app at all can be notarized. It's like adding a digital signature - it doesn't matter what's in the app or what it's made of, it's just adding a (cryptographic) "verified" stamp.

  It seems to work fine here.

  Whether or not users can connect to the signalling server is not to do with Construct anyway: it's to do with how connections over the Internet work. It's possible there are firewalls, filtering or other kinds of network configurations that are intentionally or unintentionally blocking the connection. I don't believe there's anything that can be done about it.
