Its been a while, do you know when you will be able to?

If you do not have the time to change it, can I get a refund? as it is unusable to me in this state.

Please read the infos more carefully next time. I never promised to make it portrait style, but sure you can get a refund.

Unfortunately I don´t know how to do it honestly...

Maybe you can write Tom and relate to this post, so that he can arrange the refund.

Fair enough, don't worry about it, I can live without the money and assets. They just looked so damn good I didn't even think about the fact it was landscape when I purchased it.
