I know exactly how you feel. I use mobile modem at home and 2 days ago I crossed download limit (which is ridiculous 500MB/month) and now I'm on FUP (F... user policy) max 45kbit/s (in reality it's half). I usually click on a few links and do something else, while it's loading pages. It's O2's 2 months trial, so next month I'm going to return it with big thank you...NOOOT, for their ultra sonic fast speed mobile overpriced bargain internet.

  • yeah I live in Canada and our government swear us that High speed internet is going to be available everywhere...yeah... that was 4 years ago. And look where we are .

when i'm lucky i can download at 5 kb/s witch take me 45 minutes to download Construct...

well, if you live in Canada, you can use Cdotfree for free dialup internet. And it work, i'm using it right for like one years. No suspicious thing on my phone account happened.

I'm not going to pay $45/month for limited dial-up

  • Looks like someone lives in the middle of nowhere.

And I disagree about stitched mega-photos not being amazing. I think it's pretty cool, actually, because it means that basically anyone with a decent camera can create these. You do need some extra equipment to do it on such a super-massive scale, though.
