These are easy to make in vector ( flash or illustrator).

I really liked the sprites he created for the science fiction one.

Well there are many ways how you can create effects. Depends on style. I prefer cartoon style, but many guys are doing more realistic things.

Hello, right at the moment I don't have free graphics, but I am thinking how to organize it. Problem is that I don't have my personal website where I can sell my graphics as I want. I use microstock platforms for it and most of them don't like free stuff.

You can check prices at shutterstock website for example(sorry I can't post direct links here). They have different price options, but imho very affordable for indie game devs.
