when i try to rate an app (to got 1 point) i connect my phone and it say "No compatible device detected: If you want to review Android apps, you need to access using an Android device."

As aliweka says, I think the message is clear!

You must use the website and rate the apps from your Android smartphone or tablet.

They have a premium feature where you can vote on the website using your computer.
