I bet it would be possible to add DS homebrew support for construct... somehow... I know plenty of people have already made their own games for the DS-- but they did it will all that fancy coding and whatnot-- it would definitely be interesting to see something as human friendly as construct be incorporated with the DS or even the PSP...

That'd be nice, but as far as indie goes, Nintendo is probably the MOST indie-unfriendly publisher/partner out there.

Heck, just look at all the crap they made the NICALiS team doing Cave Story go through...

looking great davio, i think it's really awesome that you haven't released it yet now that I think about it. it looked like it was in playable form long ago, so it's clear you're taking this pretty seriously. I think I recall you saying so at one point, but is this planned to be a commercial release?

Wonder how many shaders are being used.

The extremely low resolution allows me to use shaders quite freely without a performance impact. There's a few post processing shaders which are event controlled to set the atmosphere/accentuate certain things. Then there's more shaders on stuff like water and lava. It all looks really nice in motion, and doesn't slow down the game one bit. There are of course options to turn them off if you're on a really old machine or something, but I haven't noticed any slowdown. The game is way more taxing on the cpu than gpu anyway, even with all the shaders on.

And yes Lucid, I will be selling it.

Great game! online leaderboards would me amazing

I always really liked low resolution pixel art, like 8-bit but enhanced with shaders. It's a great effect when done right.
