As chrisbrobs says in this thread, his version is based on THIS version by PixelRebirth, which still has .cap available.

As far as I remember, chrisbrobs never released his full .cap for this.

You are asking about Construct 2 in the - now retired - Construct Classic section.

Construct 2 questions should be made in the relevant Construct 2 section, most likely the 'How Do I' section.

If you use the forum search, you should find many threads on the Match 3 mechanic - some that include examples.
