I don't know why it happens, it seems to be off and on again issue when saving, although I've never had an issue myself. The best you can do is make periodic backups of your project so if it does get corrupted you won't be at a complete loss.

ok last question for now ) I hear CC 100% free and people can sell games created on it with no pay to developer. But how i get license for selling in Steam (for example).

Like you said, Construct Classic is 100% free. There are no licences you need to get with it.
