Hello guys I want to ask if its possible to use placeholders for limbs and body and head like in combination with the hierarchy so u will create animation, with like bones and then just depends on global variable will switch the images depends on what variable it is .... I asking because its will mad much easier the character skins and customizations.
Thank you.
You can add imagepoints to sprites. For example, on the main Body sprite define imagepoints for left arm, right arm, head etc. Then pin other sprites to these imagepoints.
Also, check out "Skeleton hierarchy" template in C3.

Yeah I think about that but if I pin them they will stay in same position but I want them dynamically move as for example the rest of the animation. Like each frame they has to bee in different position
Like I said, see "Skeleton hierarchy" template.
I checked it , but all I saw is that he use sines and tweens or weird wobble moving but it is possible from that made actual animation of walking up down or left right that's the main thing what I want to know as in different engines it is possible to actually record animations like in spriter and use the limbs as a placeholders. So I wanted to know if is that possible to do it somehow here. I hope u understand what I want to say.
There is a Spriter addon in development, see this post:
