Not sure what you are asking? I didn't need it because Construct 3 does everything required. If you are a developer and want to use it then go ahead.

After I already minifying script and then spawn build report and then I click download, after this it can't spawn save as folder for choose save as type, but it is automatically download without my choice for choose save type, I don't know. Why is like that?

You have to pick it earlier on the first pages of the export, this is too late you have already downloaded as an apk.
