How do I make a simple search bar for drag and drop objects?

brunopalermo dop2000 That was an awesome array capx (I didn't know how to do that either - so thanks)... but I don't think I explained well enough... I need it to search for a specific piece 'changeable text'/or name (that the user can change later... if he/she wants to change the character name later on. Every time the user changes the character's name, the new name should show up as a search result. Do you who what I mean?

Like a wall of characters (objects). On each character, is pinned a changeable piece of text/the character name, the user can change at any time. Once the name has been changed, the new name, when searched for, should be highlighted on the "wall of characters"/objects.

I got rid of the arrays and added an option to click any tile and change its name.

dop2000 That's just what I was looking for. Thanks so much!... Just one thing, now the names are all random. How do I fill in each box with specific names?

Currently they are picked randomly from the "namesDefault" variable. You can update this variable, or if you need some other method - just change these 2 lines to whatever you want.

dop2000 Brilliant. Thanks a lot. Just one last thing (I promise lol). How could I make one more line, or row with just six boxes, not twelve? Basically, how do I make extra rows?

brunopalermo dop2000 Guys, I hate do this, but I really need to know one more thing... How do I click on individual boxes/names and have a little (different) text box pop up (so I can write different stats about each character)? Write now, when I click on the 'tile' box, they/it doesn't seem to differentiate between the names because it's just one object, only the array differentiate between the names.

dop2000 brunopalermo Thanks to you guys, everything's working fine now, but I was just wondering (as a final touch)... Each row has twelve boxes... How would I make it so that only one of the rows (row 'G') has six boxes, instead of twelve like the rest?
