  • Ah okay I see! Well, I'll keep working on my game, and hopefully there will be WebGl and other performance boosts for mobile devices soon! ^^

  • IPhone's allready have WebGL but only for IAd's <-- Which is stupid.

    And Android are planning on implementing it for the next build i heard.

  • I don't want to open another thread, but has anyone tried physics on the iphone? I made a couple of test and I get really really low fps for only a couple of objects, is this normal, has this improved on ios5 (I'm still on 4.3)?

    Also, when you talk about dpi you are talking about sprites? Or is there a way to force a specific dpi in the layout?

  • No you can't force a dpi. That can only changed in your image editor.

    Nope have not tried physics yet. But if you upload a HTML file onto Dropbox and send me the link I'll check it on my iPhone. I'm running iOS5

  • Physics & Bulltets are horrible on ios 4. When I changed to ios 5, it was clearly better (but don't go with more that 10 objects with bullets if you want at least 30 fps...

  • r75 might be a little faster on iOS because of an optimisation I added. Can anyone let me know if they see their iOS framerates change?

  • If someone uploads a HTML file onto dropbox or something. Im happy to test it on my iphones(3GS and 4S) Both running IOS5, And i have access to a iphone 4 and Ipad 2 <--- Not mine but i can easily use them. <img src="smileys/smiley1.gif" border="0" align="middle" />
