in this line when i have "localhost"

You want:

$con=mysqli_connect("host","username","password","databasename");

I think for you this would be

$con=mysqli_connect("localhost","username","","construct2");

Sorry, I'm not sure what your username is - construct2_nowy perhaps? - just put that in place of username in my example above.
