Can not run test in "HTTP", have to choose "File"

Rezl - I'm not sure that tutorial is the best thing to follow because it looks like it could break a lot of websites - I think this is the only thing you need to add to your hosts file:

27.0.0.1 localhost

::1 localhost #[IPv6]

Does adding only that help fix it?
