[Behavior] Timer

Update:

Add a "condition:on time-out" to be triggered when time-out. To replace the callback of official function/rex_function. There have SOL issue when using "condition:on function" in this behavior.

The usage of current version of timer behavior --

There are two kinds of path

Construct 2\exporters\html5\plugins

Construct 2\exporters\html5\behaviors

for plugins and behaviors.

Fix them. I am trying to make a new timer behavior which have "repeat count" parameter.

The very first post has the link. There is a heading called 'Plugin' to a 7zip file which contains the plugin.
