adding a life timer

Have you tried using the time system expression?

I have downloaded Rex_time_away and I have also used Rex_date to set up a 30 minute timer that gets real world time when online and if not online get's the system's time.

I am sure many would appreciate it if someone could explain how to use these plugins to create the 30 minute timer, I would : )
